Climate change is a global problem that needs a global solution. Net Zero Markets believes that carbon markets offer the most efficient way to allocate resources to meet this challenge. We believe the carbon markets provide the best next step for reducing CO2 on an industrial scale. There will always be residual emissions and the carbon markets will be needed indefinitely to counterbalance them.

By providing a transparent and easy to understand price for every ton of CO2 emitted, those that are taking responsibility for their own emissions – whether through their own processes or through projects that result in the generation of carbon credits – can do so knowing that their decisions make financial, as well as environmental sense.

To date, in all but a very few geographical and industrial sectors, a price on carbon has been held back by a lack of co-ordinated legislation and governance. The result has been an array of disparate types of carbon credit markets and prices. This makes offsetting and investing in environmental markets far more complex and expensive than it should be.

Net Zero Markets is designing, creating and launching products for the carbon market that are transparent, trustworthy and cost-effective. These will make neutralising a carbon footprint simple and investing in the future of the planet straightforward. Our products will be widely accessible and cover the broadest spectrum of internationally recognised credits and offsets. Crucially, we will take the market as it exists today and provide an effortless transition to where it needs to be in the future.
